Subscription: Payment Description

• Should there be any class missed by the participants, credits will not be issued. Credits are only ever offered if a class is cancelled entirely. Where possible we will always prioritise hosting a session, rather than cancelling altogether. If the session goes ahead with rearranged timings or location, a credit will not be issued.

• Payments are directly debited from your credit/debit card on the 1st day of every month

• 20% discount is given to the second sibling attending a regular weekly class

• There will be fees charged for early cancellation, and a months notice is required using the following site: www.magichoops.co.uk/cancellation-request/.

• The cost when a participant joins during the middle of the month will be calculated accordingly.
